Hello there, I appreciate you stopping by my page! I am currently out of the office due to the anticipation of a new little bundle of joy. However, if you are looking for a skilled and professional massage therapist while I am out, I have linked two people whom I trust and respect to take care of you. Cody has been practicing for many years and actually taught me a few things and Megan has taken care of any issues that I need help with within this past year. Massage Therapy has a variety of benefits that may include pain relief, increased flexibility, and lower blood pressure. Mental benefits include reduced stress, fatigue and depression
educate clients to help them understand their own body more; improve posture; decrease any stress, anxiety, or depression symptoms; increase flexibility and range of motion in muscles and joints to help promote longevity for each body on my table; relaxation; promote a better nights sleep; help rehabilitate muscles after trauma, injury, or wear and tear has occurred.
Free postural assesments are available if needed. We will determine what area(s) we need to focus on and what techniques may be most beneficial.
